No Love Allowed

No Love Allowed
I received this from RT Book Lovers Convention on Teen Day. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. This book was released April 19, 2016. You can find more reviews at

It's all fun and parties until someone falls in love in this modern fairy tale from author Kate Evangelista.

Caleb desperately needs a fake girlfriend. Either he attends a series of parties for his father’s law firm with a pretty girl on his arm, or he gets shipped off to Yale to start a future he’s not ready for and isn’t sure he wants. And sadly, the last unattached girl in his social circle has just made the grievous mistake of falling in love with him. Fortunately, Didi, recently fired waitress and aspiring painter, is open to new experiences. As the summer ticks by in a whirl of lavish parties, there’s only one rule: They must not fall in love.

This story is one of those reads where you know any review you do will not do it justice. This is a very quick and easy read. The entire book was a rollercoaster and was nothing like I expected it to be. I think that Didi and Caleb's story will stick with you. The characters are funny and relatable. Didi is so down to earth and she's an artist. Caleb comes from a wealthy family and he has this whole plan but it isn't working out the way he'd hope. As the story progresses everything starts to make sense. The relationship that Caleb and Didi develop is very cute and slow. The whole book made me feel like I needed more with every page. It is a great read!
